We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Because every keepsake is handcrafted to order, please allow approximately two weeks from the time we receive your photo for crafting and delivery.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is custom-made using your personal photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your keepsake, so please double-check your photo, color, and size selections before placing your order.

Damaged Orders

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that means crafting a replacement or finding another solution.
